Following the statement by US president Barack Obama saying gay marriage should be approved , some politics and celebrities shared some points on the subject. And, well, this may seem kind surprising, but Jay Z was one of these celebrities. The rapper, married to singer Beyoncè, pointed in a interview for CNN that what people do inside their houses is only their business. Also, Jay Z said that discrimination, either against black people or against gays, is the same. His declaration is quite important, considering that Hip Hop is still seen as a sexist cultural style. Jay Z shows that maybe things are not exactly like that. Maybe people in general are starting to notice that, as he stated, discrimination is and will always be discrimination.
